Maximum safety

The large polycarbonate windows offer clear and safe observation of the ongoing process at all times, without compromising the enclosed protective environment.

The system is particularly suitable for sensitive applications where process control, protection against external influences and user safety are of the highest priority.

Lockable doors with polycarbonate panels ensure maximum safety. Depending on requirements, the system can be equipped with either a safety valve or a rupture disc.

Agitators

The micro shieldRack features an overhead stirrer for efficient mixing and a magnetically coupled stir bar feedthrough that is hermetically sealed. Depending on requirements, the stir bar feedthrough can be configured for a torque of 50 Ncm or 90 Ncm.

A pressure gauge, overpressure protection and pressure relief valve are part of the standard equipment.

For precise process temperature measurement, the system can optionally be equipped with a PT100 temperature sensor or a thermocouple.

Various lid connections allow for flexible use and can be individually adapted.

Pressure & Temperature

Space-saving & practical

This compact system is designed to be space-saving and robust, featuring a stainless steel housing with feedthroughs for heat transfer hoses or signal cables. Various material options are available for the flange and cover: stainless steel, Hastelloy®, or PTFE, allowing for a completely metal-free configuration.

The design includes a practical lifting device for the pressure reactor. This allows for easy tilting and removal of the reactor. A quick-release fastener ensures easy handling. The stainless steel lining and a removable collection tray facilitate easy cleaning.

Integration & Extensions

The system is expandable and can be integrated into your existing laboratory environment. For example, automated liquid dosing via an intermediate container with electronic control is also available, particularly for adaptability to different laboratory setups.

The universal mounting also allows for a switch to a stainless steel reactor. This enables you to flexibly switch between borosilicate and stainless steel reactors.
