The HiClave-F features a robust flange closure for increased operating pressures and temperatures. At the same time, the F-series offers the widest selection of sealing materials..
Various container sizes and equipment options, such as funnels for liquid addition or different sensors, allow the system to be adapted to your specific laboratory requirements.

Modular & compact
With a capacity of 250 to 1000 ml, our HiClave F series still offers a wide range of applications – with maximum temperatures of up to 350°C (optional up to 500°C) and working pressures of up to 400 bar.
Thanks to its modular design, the number of tests can be efficiently and quickly adapted to your specific requirements, yet the test setup remains unchanged.
Stainless steel or Hastelloy® are available as materials, with stainless steel optionally coated with tantalum.
Numerous stirring options
The HiClave F series is designed for use with magnetically coupled overhead stirrers. Various versions are available, allowing you to choose the right model for your application.
A wide selection of agitators is available: propeller agitators, anchor agitators, helical agitators, impeller agitators, or blade agitators, optionally made of PTFE, stainless steel, or Hastelloy®. Alternative agitator geometries are available upon request.
Connection options
Up to 8 connections can be attached to the centrally located agitator feedthrough. A connection for a pressure gauge and overpressure protection are included as standard equipment and are part of the scope of delivery.
For precise process temperature measurement, the system can be equipped with either a PT100 temperature sensor or a thermocouple. Numerous customization options are available to meet your specific requirements.
Variable container sizes
The containers are available in sizes from 250 ml to 1000 ml. These container sizes are particularly well-suited for scale-up applications when used in mini-plant systems.
They are suitable for use at temperatures up to a maximum of 350°C and can withstand pressures of up to 400 bar. Optionally, the temperature can be increased to 500°C.
Inert inner surfaces
PTFE inserts offer strong corrosion protection, are chemically resistant, and easy to clean. Tantalum or Hastelloy® are available as options, providing even greater resistance to aggressive media and high temperatures. This allows for flexible material selection to meet your specific requirements.
The PTFE inserts reduce the maximum operating temperature to 250°C.
